Bio

Movement has always been my way of understanding the world.

As a choreographer, performer, and educator based in New York City, I create movement experiences that invite people to connect more deeply with themselves and with others. My work combines contemporary dance, improvisation, composition, and guided exploration, making movement accessible to both professional artists and complete beginners.

I believe movement is more than technique—it is a language. Whether on stage, in the studio, or through education, my goal is to create spaces where curiosity, creativity, and authentic expression can emerge.
